PDX POOLS CONTRUCTION PROCESS
PDX Pools designers take your vision and create renderings of your new swimming pool project.
PDX Pools will take your design, produce plans, and procure the necessary structural engineering in order to submit the paperwork for permits.
Once permit approval is received by PDX pools, our team will layout your swimming pool and work with the excavation contractor.
Once the pool has been fully excavated and graded, PDX Pools starts the plumbing and steel phase. This phase is where the groundwork is laid for the pools structural integrity!
Shotcrete is one of PDX Pools favorite phases of construction. This is your pool really starts to take shape and no longer looks like a big hole in the ground!
PDX Pools installs the selected waterline tile and pool coping during this phase of the swimming pool project.
PDX Pools installs the equipment and automation package for the project. This is the phase where we connect rough plumbing and work with the electrical and HVAC contractors.
PDX Pools applies the selected plaster finish and begins filling the pool allowing the pool start-up process can begin.
PDX Pools clears the construction site, removes any remaining supplies and you are now free to enjoy your new swimming pool!
